Rabbi Berel Simpser is the Director/Kashrus Administrator of International kashrus. He has many years of experience working in the kosher industry on behalf of well-known and highly regarded international kosher supervisory agencies, as Kashrus Field Representative for the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council); the Florida Kashrus Representative for the O.U. (Orthodox Union); and the Kashrus Administrator for the O.R.B.-Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward and Palm Beach Counties in Florida, and has handled assignments on behalf of the Star-K.

Rabbi Simpser has a wide-range of experience in hotel kashrus, having overseen Pesach production at 4-5 Star hotels for over a decade along with past Kosherica cruises. Rabbi Simpser was the Founding Director of MGK—Maritime Glatt Kosher, where he was responsible for setting up an entire new system of kosher supervision that included training the Mashgichim that supervise kosher production on cruise ships as well as ensuring that all of the food served to the Kosher cruise consumer meets the highest Orthodox Glatt Kosher standards.

Rabbi Berel Simpser founded the Community Kollel of Des Moines in 1999, and now runs a Jewish outreach program in Minneapolis, Aish-Minnesota
