Private Car tours utilize the services of an English-speaking driver/escort plus local guides as specified. There are no refunds if such circumstances arise, which are beyond our control.

SEQUENCE OF TOUR PROGRAMS

All departures listed in this brochure are Guaranteed where noted. Please Note: Tours that are “guaranteed” may, during certain seasons, operate with fewer passengers than what would normally constitute a “group.” While many passengers consider this a definite advantage, there are others who do prefer to travel in larger groups. We will be happy to advise you of the approximate number of passengers booked on your tour, if you contact us 30 days in advance of your departure. However, please bear in mind that often the passenger count may fluctuate up until arrival date in the destination. During certain periods of conventions, congresses, holidays, hotel renovations and other unforeseen events, the Tour Operator may have to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary) in the sequence of the tour and reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions in sightseeing and hotels.

MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Some shops, restaurants and museums may close on certain days during the year.

TRANSFERS & PORTERAGE

Transfers to/from airports and hotels are included as indicated in the published itinerary, provided passengers’ flight arrival and departure coincide with their published tour flights. Alterations to the itineraries result in supplements for private taxi services. Luggage carts will be available inside the terminals for passengers to proceed to the awaiting car or bus where porterage services will commence. Please Note: Surcharge applies on all night transfers and during weekends and holidays.

HOTELS & TOUR PRICES

All rates include the cost of Tour Operator planning and operation and may differ from published hotel rates.
