HOTELS
Accommodations are on "run-of-the-house" basis. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of the same or similar category. Holiday supplements may apply in some cases. Tours & Transfers
Sightseeing
On group departures within Spain & Portugal, sightseeing may be bilingual, with English as a featured language. Private car tours utilize the services of an English speaking driver/escort plus local English speaking guides as specified. Seat in Coach City tours, the sightseeing is operated by local companies and may consist of multi-national participants and multi-language guides. While the best available air conditioned vehicles have been contracted for all tours, during the summer season certain areas, may experience high temperatures, which may limit the air conditioning capabilities of the vehicles. There are no refunds if such circumstances arise.
Tour Programs
As some tours are "guaranteed," during certain seasons they may operate with fewer passengers than what would normally constitute a "group." While many passengers consider this a definite advantage, there are others who do prefer to travel in larger groups. Tours that combine several destinations may have a different number of participants in each
country. We will be happy to advise you of the approximate number of passengers booked on your tour, if you contact us 30 days in advance of your departure. However, please bear in mind that often the passenger count may fluctuate up until arrival date in each destination.
Transfers
Transfers, including inter-city travel, to/from airports, hotels, trains and ports are included, as indicated, as per the scheduled itinerary. Alterations to the published itinerary may result in a supplement for transportation and touring services.
Children
We do not recommend All-Inclusive motor coach tours for children under 10 years of age.
General Air Information
Air Transportation
Air transportation (where included) is based on contracted bulk fare(s) in economy class on participating IATA or ARC carriers, on a specific class of service. All fares are subject to change and availability. Should airline schedule changes result in a necessity to alter the land arrangements, any additional expenses must be borne by the passenger. Land only is available
Baggage
Most transatlantic flights allow two checked bags, per person, with neither exceeding 62 inches, plus one carry-on bag not to exceed 39". Restrictions vary from carrier to carrier. Due to changing airline regulations with regard to checked baggage, we suggest that you check with the airline (both domestic and international) for the latest up-to-date baggage
allowance. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the passenger. Touring vehicles (motor coach or private car tours) allow for one standard size suitcase plus one carry-on per person. Baggage insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged luggage or personal items.
