There are no refunds if such circumstances arise, which are beyond our control.
SEQUENCE OF TOUR PROGRAMS
All departures listed in this brochure are Guaranteed with a minimum of 2 passengers. These tours may, during certain seasons, operate with fewer passengers than what would normally constitute a “group.” While many passengers consider this a definite advantage, there are others who do prefer to travel in larger groups. We will be happy to advise you of the approximate number of passengers booked on your tour, if you contact us 30 days in advance of your departure. However, please bear in mind that often the passenger count may fluctuate up until arrival date in each destination.
During certain periods of conventions, congresses, holidays, hotel renovations and other unforeseen events, the Tour Operator may have to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary) in the sequence of the tour and reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions in sightseeing and hotels.
MAJOR HOLIDAYS
Ramadan: 2007: Sept. 13-Oct. 13 & 2008: Sept. 2-Oct. 1. During this holy month, observant Muslims may not eat, drink or smoke from dawn to sunset. A 3-day festival celebrates the end of the long fast. Some shops, restaurants and museums may close on certain days during this period.
