ADY GELBER RETURNS TO THE HELM OF ISRAM WORLD

Leaving his position as President and CEO of Isram World in a bizarre board-room coup last March, Ady Gelber has returned to the company, no longer merely as a board member and CEO, but as the company's majority owner, Executive Chairman and CEO.

Gelber, who joined Isram in 1979, oversaw the company's four-decade expansion from an Israel- centric niche operator into a mega tour-operator to six continents and an early member of USTOA.

"It's great to be back in the saddle," says Gelber, "and it's important to make clear that I have not returned with a vengeance; I plan to leave the day-to-day operation of the company to Isram World's president, Dov Koniak, while I concentrate on overall strategy, expansion opportunities and acquisitions."
"Despite our worldwide expansion, Israel remains an important area of the company's operation," says Gelber, whose partner and minority shareholder, Shanan Kraus, has been appointed Managing Director of Isram Israel.

In 2007, Gelber plans to lead Isram World in a variety of directions, upgrading the company's systems, strengthening its position in the market and seeking areas of growth. An important area of concentration will be to reinforce the company's partnership with travel agents. "I have always considered our relationship with agents as key to our success," Gelber stressed.
